MySQLi support for WordPress 2.0.7

Yet another patch (actually the same one, but copied for version compliance.)
Patch file: wordpress-2.0.7-mysqli.patch
Apply with: "patch -p0 < wordpress-2.0.7-mysqli.patch" in the WordPress install directory.

great.. mysqli patch for 2.3.3 or trunk would be great..
I will see if I can throw something together quick.
Although I swear you can stick "wp-db.php" or some file somewhere now and force WP to use those functions. I have to look at the stuff later...
..would be really great for current trunk.. thanks for your work!
