Maybe part of this re-brand to just "Clear" they're trying to start over from complaints like this. Of course every large company that deals with consumers will have someone with a complaint, legitimate or not. They are the devil. Triple check all the fine print. She was in a contract (I know you said you dont have one) and at the end of the year they auto renewed it. They also wouldn't let her cancel service without cancellation fee when she moved to Oregon City, where they didn't offer service. She continued to pay them for 2 more months instead of the cancellation fee because it was cheaper. They wouldn't let her do a cancellation without fee until within 1 week of the end of her contract.
